Terms of stay
The priority right to accommodation at the Hotel is given to persons with a confirmed room reservation. All others are placed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The room reservation is considered confirmed after the Guest receives the booking confirmation.
If the reservation is not guaranteed by the company or by credit card, the reservation for the room will be kept until 14:00 on the day of arrival. If you do not arrive before 14:00, the reservation will be canceled and the Guest will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Upon the expiration of the agreed period of stay, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room, or extend the time of stay, having agreed in advance with the Hotel administration (no later than a day before the checkout time) about the availability of free rooms and the corresponding additional payment.
The Hotel Administration, subject to availability, is obliged to extend the period of stay and accept payment.
When registering a room at the Hotel, the Guest must present an identity document, as well as fill out the Guest Registration Card.
